Topic: Reccomend an indoor temp/hydro monitor?

My brother is looking to monitor the humidity and temp inside his apartment. I told him I'd ask the folks here, since I trust your judgement and advice! Anyway, just looking for something reliable and accurate. It doesn't have to contain an outdoor sensor unless the better options come with one.
