I stumbled across this website link while searching for wetbulb temperature information. It graphically illustrates how the Skew-T chart is used to determine atmospheric Lifting Condensation Level (LCL) and Wetbulb Temperature using the surface (station) pressure and the ambient- and the dewpoint temperatures (all SI values):
