Topic: Still banned from Accuweather forums

Well, I figured that I should give me another chance on the Accuweather forums but it appears Chuckles  is still po'd and I am banned from the ranch.  One thing I don't get, if I am banned, then why are all my old posts still there?   I thought they were going to remove them completely, yet there is still references and some of them negative still posted from 2008.   

Not sure if I will pursue it or just let it go, or contact the management and ask to be completely removed.  When it was Weathermatrix things were fine.. oh well.   thought I would to an end of the year rant.

Typically content you post on any web forum maintained by others remains even after you part ways, as once you post, it becomes the property of said forum.

If you wish for specific posts or even all traces of your existence to be removed, you would need to request that specifically from the forum administrator.

They may or may not grant your request, as they may be under no obligation to do so.

I did that, however.. I am  moving on on this item.  Still a Rant. 

I did use a backdoor and after looking at the forum, I am not impressed. Weathermatrix was a great place, it is gone, so am I.

It doesn't look like there is all that much activity going on "over there", so maybe you're better off in the long run.

I would go into detail, and tempted,but not going down that road.  The wife has given me 3 scoops of of Well's Blue Bunny chocolate chip mint ice cream and I am now going to  watch reruns of NCIS, then  name a city on SIMCITY after accuweather forum and send the wrath of nature down on it.  HAHAHHAHHAHAH (demented laughter)

Wasn't it that forum, or it's predecessor, can't remember the name that was the reason for this place getting started? The older I get the more the memory goes with it.
I think originally it was Carolina Area Storm Chasers, or something like that.

I was banned from Wunderground's blog area for about 8 months because I put one link referencing my site at the bottom of a post, and they took it as spam. I tried to tell them that I wasn't a bot but they would not listen. They unbanned me around September, but I have not been back to their blog area, nor do I intend to. There's too many other good spots to let a stained area make you angry.
