How often are you updating WU?

Using my Meteobridge I can use WU Rapid Fire and update as frequently as every 5 seconds. Currently I update WU every minute, what do all of you do? I'm not sure with my fast internet and bandwidth it matters but I just think every few seconds seems excessive in particular since I now have a Davis Vantage Vue and a console that live updates while before I had an Ambient Weather WS-1401 with no console.

Right now:

WU every minute.
CWOP/PWS/WL2.0 every 5 minutes.

Any logic to how you all choose to do it or general practice suggestions?

Currently using the wifi logger and updateing every 3 seconds.
As for why, why not. I bought a weather station to see what the weather is now. Not 5 minutes ago.

Near real time data is nice for current conditions but for downloading of data I'd prefer hourly like NWS:

2 minutes update and also use  rapid Fire.
15 seconds for my personal site gauges..

When I first started sending my data to WU several years ago, I was uploading every minute. WU requested that I send data every 5 minutes instead, which is what I do today.
