Because I want to send my weather to Davis so itíll be available on weatherlink.com

You won't need a Meteobridge to do this. A WLIP logger comes complete with nothing else required apart from a an Ethernet connection to your router, other Davis loggers can do this but come with a yearly subscription and will require an always on computer with WeatherLink to handle the uploads.

Due to data caps on my internet satellite service, sadly, I cannot run a wireless weather station ....

Interesting to know what your internet satellite cap is as some systems really don't use much bandwidth. Is 2mb per day (max) or around 50mb per month excessive on your service?

WeatherLink by Davis Instruments / Re: Weatherlink 5.8.2 on USB stick

Think you need to get hold of a _full_ copy (ie not just the update download) for WL v6.0.3 and try with that. Suspect you've got Catch 22 at present in that you can't install the 603 update until 582 is installed, but 582 won't install (probably because of a bug that was fixed in a later version).
Is it trying to install itself to the USB and not the hard drive on the computer?  Also you may have a permissions issue with the location that you are installing it to.

The actual sensors are not expensive, but Purple Air uses 2 identical ones to correlate data against itself and provide redundancy.

Hi Ken,

Is the Advisory section related to the V5.00 beta forecast code?  Since downloading the Sept 22 2017 version from your site per your sce=view link above, when clicking on any of the warning or advisory links on the page, I'm getting a yellow like of text saying, "A valid location ID code is required"

I'm assuming I missed something

There are plenty of apps that will read data files OTHER than weatherlink.com  And at a greater frequency than 15 minutes.
