Topic: Download historic data from console

Hi everyone.

Apologies if this question has been asked before but i can't seem to download data from my Vantage Pro2 console.
The software (weatherlink 6.0.5), will only download the current data and not the historic information which is on the logger. I am using USB logger connection.

So...
- i deleted the datalists.dat and datasets.dat files but nothing happened
- i set up a new station, and the program just downloaded today's data (including today's historic) and not previous days data.
- I have rebooted the data logger but that seems to have made no difference.

Any further thoughts on what could be going wrong?

And all the other checks? Console/PC date/time/year; logger definitely fully home; beep number; database inspection etc?

When was the logger first set up?
