Now that I'm finally able to update my current pages I'm down to a couple of errors on this page http://www.azjerry.com/ANPW/wxstatus.php

Weather data isn't current and obviously is a problem.

Realtime shows as not current once the age gets to 15 seconds or more.

So that's two different issues.  The FTP update to your site of testtags.php is happening, but it seems to be uploading the same file (from 6/15/2018) and that's why the one entry shows as not current.  I'd suggest replacing the c:\wdisplay\testtags.txt template with one from the distribution and see if that fixes the issue.

The realtime 'timer' is set for 15 seconds by default, so uploads of clientraw are expected every 10 seconds (with a 5 second grace period before the not current shows.)

I fixed clientraw.txt upload times so it's about every 8 seconds. It's not the 3 sec WD claims for a default but it seems to be working fine for now.

testtags.txt was an old version so I replaced with the current version. Hasn't made a difference. It looks like testtags.php isn't being regenerated when it should as the file date hasn't changed from 6/15/18. Bad setting in WD?

Yes, check your WD settings to make sure testtags.txt -> testtags.php processing is enabled.

I've gone through all the settings, checked a few boxes that weren't set and still don't have testtags file being automatically uploaded. On the Custom tab I can manually upload a current testtags file using the Test button but there is no On button to set as shown in the help page.

Sorry.. the docs display a fairly (unfairly) dated version of WD .. sorry.

Use WD, Control Panel, Internet File Creation & Uploads, Setup Page#2

press 'Set' next to File#29 to open the dialog

Enter 'testtags.txt' for Local Filename
Enter 'testtags.php' for Remote Filename

Click on Show Create Times.  Click on 'Update every 5 minutes'
Click on Show Upload Times.  Click on 'Update every 5 minutes'
Turn 'Use These Settings' switch to ON, and press Save and Close.

You should see two green balls on the File#29 line in the Setup Page#2 dialog.. that will indicate the create/upload are both set to on.
