WS-2095 newby questions

Just got the new station up and running but having problems getting to some of the toggle screens.  Namely outside temp min max and wind peak gust.  The menu / enter never gets there?

Maybe I should have added that I was trying to read the min max on the unit proper, not on the computer.  On the computer it works fine.
