I hope that whoever it is doesn't put too much faith into their temperature readings. With the black vehicle and the VUE shield painted black, that thing must read quite a bit off in the sun.
It looks like some kind of light bar above the back doors. If it is still around, what is the round green decal next to the driver's side taillight?
It kind of reminds me of the Government Black Helicopters (http://www.blackhelicopters.com/)....

No just a regular Oklahoma license plate, eg. not commercial/government/etc...

Cool looking van, don't know about that Temperature sensor or Anemometer though. I would think the readings wouldn't be very accurate.
