WRH NOAA forecast not quite right...

Either they know something about a big freeze, or some very wonky data crept into the digital forecast this evening:

Now that's cold. You'll probaby set a record for the largest swing between the low and high temps for a single day.

And they REALLY don't think it's going to rain, do they?
