Topic: Temperature and humidity only - but with PC connection?

I'm interested in setting something up that only has outdoor temperature and humidity... maybe barometric pressure as well.  But I'd like to be able to log the data on a PC.  Connection can be serial, USB, ethernet, wifi, whatever.

Ideas?

1-Wire  sensors will easily do this.  All sorts of free code for logging.

Let me expand on that.  I'm happy to do an arduino or raspberry pi project to accomplish this.  I'm also a programmer.

No need - donationware (ie. free but donation appreciated if you like it)  http://www.mrsoft.fi/ohj01en.htm  You know, Google can give you all sorts of info if click the enter button with some search terms.  1-wire sensors and boards can be had from Sparkfun or Hobbyboards or even Digikey or Mouser.

Also take a look at the WS-1000-WIFI unit.  Its around $250 but is really great.  Has everything built in all in one and works outstanding.  Can't say much for its longevity but its fairly accurate.
