Missing summary data AGAIN

Missing summary data since the 23rd of FEB. I have spot checked other sta. and they are good, seems it's just my sta. Is there a setting in VWS that may have been turned off that I can check? KVAVIRGI57

Summary data is generated by wunderground, so I don't think there is much you can do on your end.

I have heard others having the same problem recently, but not nearly as bad as it was back in January.

I have 2 stations. One is fine and the other has had no summary since 22MAR2018. My first instinct was to look into it on my end. I had to remember it is WU and not worry about it.

Have you tried submitting a bug report through wunderground's Trello board?

That seems to be having some success.

To use, create a trello account, then create a bug report by clicking on "SUBMIT BUG REPORTS HERE" in the upper left corner.  Be sure to mention your station ID and that the summary report isn't working.

Hi:

I too have been experiencing this issue.  Since March 20 my summary has been missing.  I submitted a ticket via their website but have yet to receive a reply/response.

It seems like the Trello board has achieved a result. I didn't expect to get (most of) the missed summaries back, so that was a bonus!
