Unable to download data from WS-1002 since upgrade.

I recently upgraded my console to the latest version and now cannot download data from EasyWeatherIP. I select dates and click Update and it quickly does nothing. Is there another way? Due to a major storm where we lost power and internet for 36 hrs I am missing data on WU. (I have back up power but cell service is not good enough to provide a WiFi hot spot for 36 hrs.)

I am pretty sure updates will wipe the stored data, at least on my WS-1001 it always did, even though there is apparently a setting in main.ini or update.ini (I forget which) that was supposed to keep the existing data. 
So many trees in NJ!

Did you check/reset the date and time on your console?

And all your tediously entered metadata. But that does not mean it never stores data again. Do you have a WS1002 and have tried to download data from it? Anyone try this with the latest console version?

Well, yah. And once it is back on WiFi it gets its time as expected from the web. Have you tried to download data?
