PWS display on WU
« on: July 10, 2017, 04:23:14 PM »
Can someone explain the black vs green displays of temp and wind on WU for PWS?

I don't remember it cycling from green to black, and occasionally blank for a couple of seconds.
I just hooked up to a Meteobridge Pro.  It says its reporting.

Is this display normal, or is my connection intermittent?

It is normal from what I have seen. My station does this as well. I believe that the data turns green during an update, at least based on watching it for a while.

Yes it turns green during the rapid fire update (if enabled).

Thanks guys, I forgot I had enabled the "rapid fire".
I had just switched reporting to Meteobridge so I was paranoid about the data flow.
