I hope somebody may to able to troubleshoot a problem I have suddenly developed with my NWS Forecast and NWS Short Term Forecast on my index Page. IIt has been working fine until today and I looked at my page and it apppears my Forecast has suddenly changed to a Coastal Waters Forecast as if the pointable forecast link has changed.
I have no idea what may have happened other than the NWS Office in Wilmington, NC has problems. Yesterday, everything was fine but now as I said earlier the Synopnis's is wrong with no icons showing and the Current (tonight and tomorrow) are showing what appears to be a Coastal Waters Forecast showing wave heights, ect.
I attempted to change the pointable link for my NWS Forecast from: "http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?site=ilm&FcstType=text&site=ILM&map.x=229&map.y=157&TextType=2" (which have used for several years w/o any problems) to the Clickable forecast using Ken's instructions in the updated advforecast2 script; to:
http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?lat=33.89891688437141&lon=-78.49456787109375&site=ilm&smap=1&marine=0&unit=0&lg=en&TextType=2
Neither of the above Pointable Forecast links make any difference. Changed the Settings.php link and the Advforecast2.php link but I'm still getting the same problem.

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated!!! #-o

*****RESOLVED!!****** Well, after posting went back to my Site and everything is fine Problem resoved!!! Strange!

Seems to be the exact same problem I am having. Do you have a clue as to what it was that fixed the problem?
-
Probably not at all related but I have noticed the NOAA warnings server has had a SQL error for the last few hours killing my warnings,
Fortunately we are having nice uneventful weather here currently..

Mine seems to have reverted back to the correct forecast now after 2 days. Weird.......

I have noticed that mine sometimes shows a different location than what is coded into the script also! It's is not very far from what it is supposed to be showing in my case ( so far) but I have saw it read for other locations within the county or just county wide.. Don't know for sure if the NWS is using different databases at times and that justifies the difference or exactly whats up with that #-o
At any rate I'm glad yours returned to what you had it set to do!! Hopefully it'll stay that way !
Still noticing the warnings are out of commission on my site and the local WFO as well.
Hopefully they'll get that ironed out! I would sure hate to rely on EAS for a warning alert LOL!
