The pictures file size is huge.  It takes a while to download/view on my high speed line but it does work.

Anthony,

MikeInTX is correct, the images are huge and just take a long time to download and display. If you don't have a high-speed connection it will take a while to get them. I had the same problem initially, but then decided to just sit back and wait. After about 5 minutes the images started appearing on the screen.

IMHO folks should NOT directly post such large images as it really impacts those without fast connections. The best way to do it is to upload a smaller image with a link to the off-site full-size image so those who want to see it in its full glory can do so. It's much more user friendly to do it this way. It's called "netiquette"...

I gave up trying to read that thread for the same reason and I have broadband.

ALL images posted on here really should be optimized for the web, and never exceed 800x600.  Anything larger is just way bigger than necessary, and as you can see, prevents a good portion of the forum members from accessing the thread.

I apologize for the image screw up. I am in the process of resizing the images as we speak and will have them up in a little bit.

Again, I apologize everybody :(

The images are FIXED :)

I apologize about the screw up. I'm well aware of "Netiquette". In my haste to let everyone see I forgot to resize them. Should be MUCH easier to view the thread.

Thanks Guys!!

I do have a hi spee internet connection. Just upgraded to 20MBS a few days ago. Waited way longer that 5 minutes when the post was first posted. Nerver did load. Still should be able to exit out or go back. Like I said. It locked my computer up in the past tighter than a drum. No disrespect. Let this be a lesson learned for everyone. DO NOT post large immages on the forum. They should be less that 1MB if at all possible. If not I sugt posting links tom them. Again I mean no disrespect to anyone.

Thanks,
Anthony

Bobby,

No appologies necessary. Thanks for resizing. I'm sure those with slow connections will appreciate the effort too. The new image sizes load almost instantly on my 5Mb/s cable modem where before it took over 5 minutes.

BTW, Merry Christmas to everyone! We had a beautiful day here in northen Nevada - clear skies and temps in the mid 30's. Not bad for December. Rain/Snow forecast for tomorrow night though...
