Transferred to a new windows 10 computer and having issues uploading to the internet seems not to want to work any ideas what the issue maybe? It briefly pauses after downloading the data then continues through the process and shows no errors in log and APRS appears to be uploading. This through a serial port connection I poked a hole in the firewall to allow it through not sure what is going on. Weatherlink version is 5.7.1 with firmware from 4/2006 any help would be appreciated.

Update it appears to working now after a reboot I also got weather-display also working although I can run only one program at a time until I get VSPE api key to try to run multiple programs again
