I've just put up v.1.0.0 of StartWatch. I think things are stable enough to take it out of beta status. You can read about it and download it at http://www.softwx.com/windows/startwatch.html

What's New

Official, non-beta release.
Updated the manual.
Added a License.txt file. Among the things spelled out, the license allows registered users to use the software on up to 5 computers they own.
Fixed bug where disabled port monitors were still monitored.
Fixed bug in formatting of alerts written to the alerts file.
Fixed a bug in Close All, Kill All and StartWatch exit that would trigger alerts and actions of dependent programs unnecessarily.
Made some small improvements to the port monitor process.
