5in1 Pro Loosing time everyday
« on: December 21, 2017, 07:20:00 PM »
Hello,
Just installed my new 5in1 Pro (with HD display) on the 16th and lost about 45 minutes over the next 24 hours.  I reset to the correct time and then have lost 2 hours again through today.  Is there a way to adjust the time?  Thank you.

Contact Acurite and they'll fix it up, but I think they might be closed until the 26th.

In the meantime you might try resetting to factory defaults on the off-chance that might clear the problem.

Hello,

Adding a follow-up.

Contacted AcuRite (I purchased directly from them) and they sent an RA label for shipping.  After being there about 3 days, they sent it back saying "Our Quality Control Specialists have made improvements to your unit, retested and it's working well."   I only lost 10 minutes the first 3 days, then another 20 over the next 2 days and now after 9 days I'm at 4 hours behind.  There is a new unit being shipped and should be here in a week.

Thanks for your help.

Acurite really makes an effort these days to back their products. Glad your unit is working again!
