I am compelled to trouble you for a problem I'm ' having the use
the VWSaprs ver. 2.0.2.0 , and provided that ' the first time you use this
program in conjunction with VWS ver.14.01 p46 and OS Windows XP Professional.
The program VWSaprs start properly, but errors out almost
immediately ( '292 .500 ' is not a valid floating point value) in practice
accepts the first valid data that is immediately after the date / day / time

I also checked the settings in Windows XP international ( metric decimal )
it seems everything is ok .. NOT know ' what else to do ?
