Is there anyway short of turning off Anything weather uploads to stop the popup upload window from showing up on my computer screen every 10min?
I think weather bug uploads do it to. Their just kind of annoying.

if you mean the FTP program
then you can set to have that run hidden in the system tray
in the connections setup, in the FTP/internet setup

No I don't believe it's the ftp program, I am just sending my stations data to weather anything it's one of the publications on the control panel that you can sign up with. Every 10 min I get a popup window showing the connection and the data files I send to them. It does it with weather bug also. Like I said it's just annoying and I haven't found anywhere to minimize it.
