Hi All,

Just some interesting comparison graphs from one strike in the Atlantic.

On the map that goes off to the left is coming from my neck of the ocean.

Pretty darn far to reach here.

Yes, I saw a couple of those from Maui the other day!... You've got a great station, Stan, and hopefully some new operators out there will find you! I know Blitzortung developers are trying to find a way to get some help for you!  But we can't force people into this!!!
I think a lot of this recent media and social media interest, such as Reddit, etc may help... even though it's got the developers swamped right now...

Cheers!
Mike

Stan, a question...does Hawaii get a lot in the way of thunderstorms?  If so, you need about five more stations for coverage!  How many properties do you own? ;)

Hi,

Thanks Mike for the comments.  I thought those graphs was kinda interesting for the same strike from different locations.

N0YM,  we do have a few thunderstorms here when those tropical storms come about and and some rare moments when a strong low pressure hangs around the neighborhood.

We are in a tropical storm season until the end of the year so may get some rolling by.

Guess that we need more out here and also on the West Coast of the US Mainland.  I wish I had more than what I have now in terms of the properties that I have now.
