I got some extra flux on a board what is a easy and safe way to clean it up?

I use "Flux Off". It works great. I think I ordered it from Amazon or Mouser.

alcohol on a Q tip or small brush
nail polish remover is mostly acetone, that'll work.
If the flux is thick, it'll be brittle and you can chip it off with a sharp soldering aid.

Just be certain that you do not get any of the alcohol or other liquids in the buzzer on the controller board as it will most likely ruin it.

I also used "Flux Off" with the built-in brush. You can scrub the board while you are spraying.
