Caprockweather for GRLevel3

The free radar for PYKL3/Android has stopped, effective today at 00Z.

But...  Caprock now has an introductory deal for one month, 1.00 with support for GRLevel3 and PYKL3. There is only one placefile now, but for a dollar and support for GRLevel3 I went ahead and tried it :-). So far so good, lets see how it works during the next heavy snowstorm Monday night.

I have no idea what the 'normal' cost will be, or how soon they'll be adding more placefiles.

Interesting. For the time being I'll go with the NWS feeds though.
