Title: vws ftp stopped working

vws ftp gets error and wont upload files to server. I have reinstalled VWS but no change. Has anyone had this problem? I am using win 10 and VWS 15 03.

The last time I had this, my webhost had blocked me because of multiple ftp errors. Rebooting the weather pc had corrected the local problem but I had to contact my webhost to remove the block.

maybe your web host has changed to using secure FTP

I currently don't use VWS to ftp any data - BUT - when I did I had this similar problem and it was as Garth stated, my webhost had blocked my IP because of to many attempts.  I did have to contact them (webhost) for resolution.

Get Fling (http://www.nchsoftware.com/fling/index.html) and let it do the work. VWS generates files, kill the VWS Ftp uploads, set fling to monitor and upload on change.

Agree with Cutty, I switched to Fling a while back and it is great, very stable and easy to use/setup.
