You have to know what king of logger it is. IP or USB,  They use different methods of connecting to Davis net.  If it is an IP you can use Davis net for free if it is a USB you have to pay $30 a year.

If yours is an IP logger  It kinds sounds like it might be if it is connecting directly to your router.

They instructions are here  http://www.vantagevue.com/product_documents/weather/manuals/07395-210_GSG_06510_6555.pdf

The wirless part is meaningless in this case as that just describes how the data gets from the outside unit to the inside unit and has nothing to do with connecting to the internet.

So does your logger connect to a computer or to a router?

OK, so you just signed up for this forum yesterday afternoon, and things are too complicated.

You asked a question about USB drivers http://www.wxforum.net/index.php?topic=23665.msg227597#msg227597
...but you don't know what kind of logger you have.

I'm guessing you have a USB logger.  And WeatherLink.  You can post your weather data to lots of places with a USB logger.

But if you want to send your data to WeatherLink.COM, (the WeatherLink Network), see this:
