I green LED light no longer blinks on my IP data logger does this mean its DOA?

You could try to remove batteries and power to the console, wait 30 sec. and connect power, program your console.
If it still dosen´t blink green, the datalogger is proberly dead....or maybe the port in the switch/router is defect.

I have had the same problem once and the above did the trick, have been working great since.
Otherwise, contact your seller for guantee.

Well, I did take batteries out and do just what you said.  What I found was that that tiny transformer came unplugged. The LED light will not blink with batteries alone, the transformer must be plugged in.
