KLIX has been moved to KHDC

There has been a change to the radar site out of New Orleans/Baton Rouge (KLIX).
I hope GRLevel knows about this change.

Mike G. has an update out for GR3 and GR2AE (both versions) to handle this change. Updates are located on the GRLevelX forum.
