Topic: Remote location

I have a 5 in 1 at a remote location that does not have always on internet.
When I arrive I enable a hotspot and upload data.
My issue is all historical data does not show on WU or Accurite, but I can see the historical data in the CSV file.
Anyway to get the data to show up in the apps?
