Topic: Flashing Meteobridge Firmware to TL-MR3020 (version 3.x)

HI all, very new to meteobridge and have decided to try it out.
i have followed the instructions on https://www.meteobridge.com/wiki/index.php/Preparing_Hardware for flashing the MR2030v3
i get to this stage Meteobridge_TFTP-Server will now show up as an available virtual machine in the list on the left. Select it and press the green "Start" button.
Now the fun begins.
I have tried all of the settings in the network tab on the virtual box.

I changed a few settings and can get to go a bit further where it boots to the following screen

Once it counts down it goes to this screen

There it just sits.( 30 mins i have left it)
The router is connected to the pc direct, no internet, windows 10
I know it isn't flashed as i can log into the router

Any help you can give would be wonderful.
