Around the middle of February 2018, while I was on vacation, my updates to CWOP quit getting through. My updates to Weather Underground continued (and still do).

Since then, I have been unable to connect to CWOP, despite trying multiple different servers. Could this move be the reason I can't get packets to CWOP? I'm using Weather Display software (v. 1037S67) and a Davis Weather Monitor II station.

Don't think so.
I don't have any knowledge of WD but Cumulus is still working fine.
Try server cwop.aprs.net and password -1 and see if it works.

Thanks very much for the tip. Unfortunately, it still times out on me. Not sure what's going on. I tried using my ham call with the password from Russ Chadwick (which had worked for years until 25 days ago), then I tried the ham call with "-1" as password, then I tried my station ID "AP841" with a password of -1. None worked. My Weather Display log files are below. They seem to indicate a connection followed by a time out after the password is submitted. I'm thinking the system dropped me at some point.

I think that Philip Gladstone handles the QC checks and that Russ Chadwick handles the APRS data ingestion stuff.
There is a suggestion to use rotate.aprs.net on http://wxqa.com/servers2use.html
I had a problem with either MB or Meteohub (don't remember which) which used a fixed server number. This resulted in intermittent uploads when the "rotation" was not on the fixed server ID. The "rotate" option worked to solve this for me. It maybe something else to try.

Well, before I got a chance to try the solution, it started working again (I think) without my intervention. At 00:49:24Z on 15 March (or 18:49:24 on 14 March my time) packets started posting. I don't remember doing anything on the computer that evening. I do appreciate all the suggestions in any case! --Jim
