I've just upgraded to 6.0.5 and, as far as I can see, all settings are the same but it won't auto-download. I am still set as every hour, with a 5 minute offset. The upgrade does not delete the previous version (6.0.3) and this can still be run, with auto-download working.
Any ideas? Thanks

I've not heard of any issues with 6.0.5. Can we check:
1. You definitely have the updated download credentials set correctly in 6.0.5 (ie DID rather than user name)?
2. No clues in the download.log file?

I'm only downloading to PC. Don't think ID's are involved.

OK, that's clearer. What about the download.log file?
And I presume you can see the Bulletin OK and download manually, ie it's just the autodownload that doesn't work???
-
Download.log just shows the last successful one using 6.0.3.
Manual download and bulletin are fine.
I still have 6.0.3 in the weatherlink folder (and 5.9.2). I am wondering if I need to setup a new station using 6.0.5 and import the old data

Why do you still have 6.0.3 ?
Why would you set up a new station in 6.0.5 when you say you download manually in 6.0.5 ?
Very confusing.
Get rid of 6.0.3. if you replace tires on car, do you keep old ones on the rims to ? No, so why keep 6.0.3.

I still have 6.0.3 because a weatherlink upgrade relies on having an older version (although 5.9.2 is still there) and the upgrade process does not remove old versions.

It's not an issue having older versions present. But there would appear to be some other problem in this particular instance. And yes certainly worth trying a new station - not sure that will make any difference but absolutely worth a try.

But downloading to the PC from where? Local Device? or Web Download?
-
Local device (Vantage Pro 2) via USB. There's no problem with the connection to the device because manual downloads and bulletin work.
Not had time to try anything else and it's an hour wait each time to see if anything has had an effect!

Well, it all started working. I'd been through the setup by individual items and all appeared to be OK but no auto download. So I went through the 'walkthrough' setup but without changing anything and it now works. Technology!
