Looks like a part of the ajax-dashboard6.php script. You can download it http://www.burnsvilleweatherlive.com/wxscripts/ . I have the same thing on my homepage here http://www.sunprairieweather.com/ . It may originate from somewhere else but that is where mine comes from. Headed out for the day cant respond further maybe someone else can chime in.
