Interesting snow melt

We had 7" of snow yesterday morning, followed by a few hours of sun and above freezing temps before the temps tumbled to well below freezing.  When I looked outside this morning, this combination of events created an interesting snow bridge around the tupperware box that contains my weather station's remote battery box:



Thought it was worth sharing.....
