I am in the position of needing to purchase a new station ASAP
My PC is down, and it is time to upgrade.
Requirements:
NO PC Needed (don't want a PC running full time)
We have Wireless IP at location, or can run wired IP
Must be Wireless sensors to Weather station
I know that there are Davis pro's available, is it reliable with what equipment to connect to network?
HauteSpot vs the WeatherHub2? I can hard wire ethernet, or go wireless.
We do use Virtual Weather Station today with a OS WMR-968 (
www.iowaponds.com/weather), and it is down. We were feeding the com cable to a NPort Wireless Com. For some reason the Weatherstation sensors stopped updating, and I have changed the com ports with no success. Even updated VWS to latest beta version...
