LD350 keeps rebooting

Just received a brand new LD350 and it worked fine for about 2 hours. After 2 hours it started a continuous cycle of rebooting itself (the LD350, not the PC). It does this with or without PC connected.

Has anyone seen this? It kind of sounds like a bad power supply.

It is not the power supply. I tried a different one and it has the same issues.

Quick Update: Boltek is Replacing the unit.
