I am newbie and sorry to be a nuisance and once I get the hang of it hopefully I should be okay to try other things but firstly, how do I post that? For my web page I have used FTP to upload files (Cumulus templates) from my computer to web page, and also index.php.txt in the root directory to automatically go to the\weather sub folder, but how do I upload that code (it is not a file yet) and how do I then put it in a specific location? Any where I can get a very short lesson/reading for dummies on doing this? Thanks again,

Sorry to be so dumb on this but just can't understand

. Tried select/copy/paste but that won't work at remote site. Copied code in an index.php file and uploaded that but no impact

. Will be spending Chistmas with daughter in Toronto and son-in-law may be able to shed some light in by little _tiny grey cells. I am pretty sure it is quite simple, just haven't found the simple

WXFLINT's Weather Top Site is rejecting all access due to the following message:

WXFLINT has not logged in to this forum since Jan 11, 2010 so not sure what is going on. All I see on my link is a red X on the logo image. Anyone else experiencing this problem?

I saw it too around 3AM PST this morning. It is back up now, but it looks like all the hits that came in during the downtime are lost forever.

Hopefully Flint can do whatever needs to be done to prevent this from happening every week or so. ?

Can you do something to eliminate this problem permanently?

Your site seems to suffer from this exact same problem over and over again. Not good seeing a hit tracking service with so much downtime.

Oh no. It's the end of the world.

I'm sure most use multiple counters, so 1 being down a bit is no biggy. Besides, everyone elses counter stops too; no harm.

lol Agreed seems every time i leave town its always something. my host updated the php and now the The "set_magic_quotes_runtime() function is deprecated" so i have to go and remove these lines from my scripts for now....
