Hope I'm not doing them a disservice due to the increased traffic, but you can find a clickable map of the new Russian Doppler radars right here http://orm.mipt.ru/RAD/dmrl.html As you can see it's not a complete country-wide coverage but we are slowly getting there. I think the larger image displays reflectivity, or some sort of derivative. The color gradient to the right shows precipitation, hail, gust and tornado. Hope it will come in handy soon, and I will refer to it often, when discussing possible mesocyclones in Russia. Sadly, until we can get some proper data out to the  public nobody can confirm we had a Meso with 100% certainty :( That bugs me a lot.
