Yes when local region point and click forecast goes down. I went through 10 hours just a few days ago.
The newer version of advforecast2.php API was my issue.  Ken posted an older version to try from 2015 if you are on the newer version already.

Can anybody explain to me why I'm all of the sudden getting this error? I've been working with the Nation Weather Service on it and they claim all their stuff is working so I dunno...?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, it's also happening on one of my other, completely different websites, which leads me to believe it's them, but I don't know how to point them in the right direction.

You need update to V5.09 - 2018-05-26 of advforecast2.php -- it better handles the no point forecast to fail-over to the zone forecast.
