Title: New Website - Vintage Weather Instruments
Post by: wrymar on May 26, 2016, 08:02:13 PM
I've recently created a new website called Analog Weather (www.analogweather.com).  It presents my collection of vintage instruments and provides for download of a huge collection vintage weather instrument catalogs.  I'm always adding to it so check it out!

Content-wise it is amazing and quite unique. Quite a difficult and time-consuming task to put together all the data! Really cool!!!

If I could only recommend one thing, as for me, I find it sligthly difficult to use your website because of the background image. The numbers and lines make it a bit hard for me to read the text. See what others have to say, maybe I just have weird eyes :D (could be, I wear very strong glasses and have astigmatism :D)

Very nice, thanks for sharing.  =D> We had someone with the 3" dia. brass or copper Taylor rain gauge wondering who made it. I see it in the catalogs.

Exactly what I was going to say.

Sweet website, I love reading about old instruments, and learning more about them for that matter. I really appreciate all of the work you have done putting this website up!
