Topic: Inital setup info

I need some help.  I have a Vantage Pro 2 and have just installed Weather Link.  I followed the instructions when installing the software and data logger and put the console in set up mode.  I still have all the prior year to date data on the console, but that has not downloaded to the software.  Will the data logger only record data from the time it was installed on the console or am I doing something wrong?  I have tried to run some searches but can't find the answer.
