Upload problems?

Recently my uploads for PWSWeather have stopped.  Sometimes restart, sometimes not.  I am using VWS and having no problems uploading for Weather Underground or WeatherBug.  Anyone else noticed this?

Well, not solved, but found that VWS was not sending data.  No idea why.
