Hadn't seen it but they're using CWOP data apparently.

In my case http://www.windalert.com/spot/69333 they are using the location name I had used a few years ago only on Weather Underground (London West) so source is from either a combination of CWOP and WU, or WU.

WU gets data from CWOP among other places.
