No worries.. looks like their WFO sites are changing layout design and switching to https:// for access.
On or shortly after April 18, 2017, all Western Region (WR) NWS
Weather Forecast Offices (WFOs), and Center Weather Service
Units (CWSUs) will migrate to a new layout on the front page of
their web home pages.
This change is in response to a required web infrastructure
consolidation. The change will provide office-to-office
consistency because the layout of the home page will be set
across the Region.
In addition, per Office of Management and Budget (OMB) directive
M-15-13, all publicly accessible federal websites and services,
namely, www.wrh.noaa.gov and WR River Forecast Centers (RFCs).
will only provide service through a secure connection (https).
The Saratoga scripts don't use WFO-specific sites for data as far as I remember, but some available scripts by others may use specific WFO sites and need some adjustments for the new sites/designs.
