Hi, I do not if there is any other topic discussing this subject or not.
I need to know if WMO has any department who certifies weather stations made by companies?
If yes:
1) which department and how it could be contacted?
2) is there any sample copy of certificate available?
3) How this certificate could be acquired and how much it costs?

and if no,
1) Is there any international organization that is accepted by most of experts that certifies weather stations?
2) And how its certificate could be acquired and how much it costs?

That would be the last people I would want certifying my station. They have their own special data.

Sorry - you can do your own homework.  But here is an example of what a certified station looks like:  http://www.davis.cz/download/nist.pdf  DXengineering.com did the actual testing for the Davis certificate.  And a sample:  http://www.agriculturesolutions.com/images/stories/virtuemart/product/Extech_Light_Met_4b96a90f78eeb.jpg
