VWS Not saving changes to setting

When I open server->wetherbug and make changes to the setting and click close the changes made do not save.  If I quit VWS and start backup the changes I made are gone.  Same holds true for may other settings like Internet->ftp login setting I can change these and they will not save.  Why is this happening.  I am using VWS v15 p05
