1. When this occurs, rolling the Weatherlink device driver back to the prior version corrects the problem. Is this all that's involved or is there more to it?
2. He also intimated that Microsoft either has or plans to make changes to Win 10 that will prevent this from happening. Is he right? Seems far fetched to me.
