Weather Website PHP/AJAX scripting / wxhistory.php
« Last post by meteosanjuan on Yesterday at 01:26:50 PM »
In order to make some order in the root folder where the website is stored, I decided to move the graphs generated by weather display in the Daily Report for the month (wxhistory.php)

So create a folder “daily graphics” and after moving the gifs change the path to
$wxh_graphs_path = './daily_graphs/';

Since the graph was too big, I added the width and height="600" clauses, which I really don't know if it's recommended.

And the result is that it works, however I can't figure out where to indicate that the gifs that weather display uploads do so to the folder I want, it uploads them to the root.
Can anyone tell me how to do it?

The site is https://www.meteosanjuan.com/wxhistory.php

Thank you

AcuRite Weather Stations / Re: AcuRite 09155M Discontinued

Did they have any advice on what to use as a replacement for those of us who have multiple items connected to several Access units?
No advice, just what the above quote stated.

EDIT:
My 'End of Life' statement is just related to AcuRite not manufacturing any new "Access's" and nothing to do about existing ones still being able to send data from multiple devices.

I asked support again about an replacement for the "Access" since it is at its end of cycle. I got the same old canned response back that was given years ago. So, nothing has changed. It seems to be a dead issue.

Thank you for contacting AcuRite. We are happy to assist you.

Due to a critical internal component being discontinued by our supplier, AcuRite Access will no longer be available. In the future, we will provide a new solution with similar functionality to the Access that allows for multiple sensor connections for display on My AcuRite. While we do not have a timeline for the launch of the new product, we encourage you to monitor AcuRite.com for the latest updates. While you are there, you can also sign up for our Newsletter to be notified of upcoming product releases and special offers. Currently, we offer several Wi-Fi-connected displays that can send Iris or Atlas Weather Station data to My AcuRite for remote monitoring.  We do not have any extra Access units lying around, I apologize.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

Thank you,
Selene

My new VP2 has been in service since February 18th. Within the past month, have noticed loss of humidity data for around 20 -30 minutes, randomly several times a week. After the interruption, it returns to normal.

Is this a clean the connection first step, then call Davis? Seems kind odd for the humidity sensor to crap out this quickly.

Just curious, where did you purchase your new station?

Does the upgrade automatically do the recalibration to zero? If not, how to perform this task.

Update:Read the manual for the ws80 and didn't see this addressed. The manual also states the calibration button is for factory use only. Seen the other thread on updating the ws90. Guessing this would be the same for the ws80.
1. the calibration (establish zero baseline) has to be done manually by pressing/holding the CAL button for >10 seconds in an air movement free place (e.g. big(ger) card board box inhouse
2. the factory use comment for the CAL button has become obsolete ever since array firmware upgrades became available.
In a way a sensor array firmware upgrade is still a "factory use"  8-)

I have not calibrated my WS80 as I'm happy with the baseline I have .
