Linux port
« on: September 15, 2008, 01:40:36 PM »
I (and I believe a lot of others) have chosen to use Linux as the basis for my weather station.  Is there any plans, or even an idea, of an equivalent product for Linux?
I currently use imagemagick with cron to create GIF animations from a panasonic web cam.  I have a dedicated Linux server for my home and would rather allow my Windows box to sleep when not needed.

Sorry, no plans for a Linux port -- both programs heavily rely on the Windows API to accomplish tasks so a Linux port would require rewriting most of both programs.
