Radar down?

Radar seems to be having a problem. Note the hours number in data.jpg, and the table speaks for itself. Am finding sometimes the table is all green, but mostly as below.

My area LNX was down also for a couple days and since it came back up its out of calibration everything looks like a severe storm.

Mine kept going up and down for a while, then finally came back up late last night. All looks OK here.
